Half Tank 100 – Hydraulic Gate Operator

• A premium 240v hydraulic gate operator for residential/light commercial use
• Maximum gate weight of 700-kg per leaf
• Suitable for gates up to 1.8 mts each leaf
• Can be securely locked in both positions utilising the Half Tank (AC) version – Internal hydraulic locking system
• Self- contained unit consisting of; electric motor, fluid pump & valve block
• Features the anti- crashing protection system, which adjusts internal working pressures to a safe level, through force adjusting by-pass valves
• Integrated using the advanced multi-functional LRS2151 control board
• Manual release via a ‘unique’ key in the event of power failure
• Maximum opening degree of 120 degrees (subject to hinge location)
• Gate stops required in both open & closed positions
• 55 cycles per hour at a temperature of 20 degrees (outside)

1.Gates in excess of 1.8mts – we recommend non hydraulic locking operators devices be used in conjunction with a separate mechanical locking system.
2.Maximum gate weights reflect gates without cladding & are subject to high wind conditions.
