HT24 Electro-hydraulic Swinging Gate Motor

• The HALF TANK electro-hydraulic swinging gate motor is a low voltage (24Vdc) operator for commercial / light industrial swing gates
• An oil field bath ensures continuous lubrication & rapid cooling of all operational parts
• Maximum gate weight of 700-kg per leaf
• Maximum opening degrees of 120 degrees (subject to hinge location)
• Suitable for gates up to 1.8-mts each leaf utilising the HT24 Electrohydraulic (AC) version – lnternal hydraulic locking system in both positions
• Gate stops required in both open & closed positions
• Recommended optional feature; battery back-up in the event of power failure
• 40 cycles per hour at a temperature of 20 degrees
• High anti- crashing protection system, which adjusts internal working pressures to a safe level, through force adjusting by-pass valves
• USER 24V Control board features include; 24V DC power supply for highest security; easy adjustment during installation; Slowdown in opening & closing phases; Inversion on obstacle with ammeter system on & BUS technology

1. Gates in excess of 1.8mts – we recommend non hydraulic locking operators devices be used in conjunction with a separate mechanical locking system.
2. Maximum gate weights reflect gates without cladding & are subject to high wind conditions
